Derwen, Welsh for Oak is a beautiful barn conversion with exposed beams. Complete with a modern sleek kitchen with granite worktops, induction hob and integrated appliances, including a dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils and everything you need to cook Welsh cakes to Christmas dinner! The dining area has a large extending oak table with added seating for extra visitors.

Going down two steps to the spacious living room with two large comfy sofas and a large smart TV with subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+ with live programme viewing through streaming services. The oak staircase leads to two first floor bedrooms. One with flexibility to be a twin or super kingsize with an en-suit with luxury double ended bath and separate shower. The other with a kingsize bed and en-suite with walk in shower. You will be provided with hand towels, flannels, a make-up cloth, bath sheets and hot tub towels for keeping you warm after a soak in the hot tub!

The cottage is perfect for couples and families alike. We have high chairs and travel cots available for those with babies and toddlers. We have other items available, a full list provided upon booking to make your family stay as stress free as possible.

Externally, as well as the hot tub, the enclosed garden has a covered dining area and a lockable shed suitable for bikes and other outdoor activity equipment. For your convenience there is an external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer shared with the two other properties on-site (limited use at weekend’s) and an electric car charging point. All of our properties are no smoking.

Please note: This property has a filtered natural water supply from a spring. Our farm house forms part of the courtyard but the cottage is totally independent of the main property. We will give you total privacy but are there if you have any questions
